The Rossmax X3 BT is an excellent upper arm blood pressure monitor. It has everything you would expect from a decent, accurate blood pressure monitor. The Rossmax X3 BT is easy to use with its simple button controls and the blood pressure measurements are displayed in large digits so they can be easily read them from the clear LCD display. The blood pressure monitor has 2 user profiles, each with 60 memories. In addition, it also has a guest mode, which does not save the measurements. From the memory, you can manually calculate the average blood pressure values over the last 3 measurements.

The Rossmax X3 BT is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity. You can synchronize the measured blood pressure values with the free Rossmax Healthstyle app. In the app, you can easily analyze the measurements and forward them. For example, to your doctor. The easy-to-read display not only shows the blood pressure, but also the average heart rate and an irregular heartbeat. If an irregular heartbeat is detected it will be displayed with a symbol. On the left side of the screen you will also find a WHO indicator. This indicates with colors whether the blood pressure is normal or elevated. Other features are the Cuff Detection System, which checks if you have placed the cuff correctly, and a Motion Sensor, which indicates if you have moved while measuring. The Rossmax X3 BT upper arm blood pressure monitor comes with a flexible cuff, which is suitable for upper arms from 24 to 40 cm. An optional smaller (from 18 cm) or larger (up to 46 cm) cuff size is available. You can easily store the cuff in the included cuff holder. The Rossmax blood pressure monitors have a unique feature that they can be recalibrated. If the blood pressure monitor gets older or you have doubts about the measurements, it can easily be checked and recalibrated.

Real Fuzzy Technology determines ideal cuff pressure based on one’s systolic blood pressure and arm size. Users no longer need to pre-set the inflation level before measurement. The technology eliminates arm discomfort through unnecessary high inflation settings and also prevents inaccurate readings caused by erroneous cuff inflation levels.

Movement Detection

The “Movement Detection” helps reminding the user to remain still and is indicating any body movement during measurement. The specified icon appears once a “body movement” has been detected during and after each measurement.

Cuff Detection

Detects and indicates whether the cuff is wrapped around the arm properly. The specified icon appears once a wrong wrapped cuff has been detected during each measurement.

Clinically Accurate

This blood pressure monitor has passed the criteria of the European Society of Hypertension by achieving all requirements. This monitor further meets the AAMI accuracy standard requirements (AAMI/ANSI/ISO 81060-2).
