The Rossmax X3 is a clinically validated, basic upper arm blood pressure monitor. It has everything you would expect from a good, reliable blood pressure monitor. The X3 is easy to use with its simple button controls and has an easy-to-read LCD display. The Rossmax X3 is suitable for 2 people. Each user has 60 memories at their disposal. There is also a guest mode, which does not save the measurements. From the memory, you can manually calculate the average blood pressure values over the last 3 measurements.

In addition to the blood pressure, the display also shows the average heart rate and a WHO indicator, which indicates whether the blood pressure is normal or elevated. While measuring your blood pressure, it also checks if an irregular heartbeat has been detected. If this is the case, a symbol will be displayed. Other features are the Cuff Detection System, which checks if the cuff is placed correctly and a Motion Sensor, which indicates if there has been movement while measuring. The Rossmax X3 upper arm blood pressure monitor comes with a flexible cuff, which is suitable for upper arms from 24 to 40 cm. An optional smaller (from 18 cm) or larger (up to 46 cm) cuff size is available. You can easily store the cuff in the included cuff holder. The Rossmax blood pressure monitors have a unique feature that they can be recalibrated. If the blood pressure monitor gets older or you have doubts about the measurements, it can easily be checked and recalibrated.

Real Fuzzy Technology determines ideal cuff pressure based on one’s systolic blood pressure and arm size. Users no longer need to pre-set the inflation level before measurement. The technology eliminates arm discomfort through unnecessary high inflation settings and also prevents inaccurate readings caused by erroneous cuff inflation levels.

Movement Detection

The “Movement Detection” helps reminding the user to remain still and is indicating any body movement during measurement. The specified icon appears once a “body movement” has been detected during and after each measurement.

Cuff Detection

Detects and indicates whether the cuff is wrapped around the arm properly. The specified icon appears once a wrong wrapped cuff has been detected during each measurement.

Clinically Accurate

This blood pressure monitor has passed the criteria of the European Society of Hypertension by achieving all requirements. This monitor further meets the AAMI accuracy standard requirements (AAMI/ANSI/ISO 81060-2).
