The Rossmax Z1 clinically validated upper arm blood pressure monitor is the new entry-level model from Rossmax. The blood pressure monitor is easy to use due to its one-button operation, and the measurements are easy to read from the large LCD screen. The screen clearly displays the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and average heart rate. In addition to the blood pressure values, you will also find a WHO indicator that indicates whether the blood pressure is normal or elevated.

The Rossmax Z1 has 1 memory profile, which can store up to 90 measurements. This is more than enough to measure and compare over an extended period. An average can be calculated from the last 3 measurements stored in memory. Other features are indicated by symbols. It checks for an irregular heartbeat, a Cuff Detection System to verify if the cuff is placed correctly, and a Motion Sensor that indicates if there is movement during measurement. The Rossmax Z1 comes with a flexible cuff that is suitable for upper arms from 24 to 40 cm. A smaller (from 18 cm) or larger (up to 46 cm) cuff size is optional. The Rossmax blood pressure monitors have a unique feature that they can be recalibrated. If the blood pressure monitor gets older or you have doubts about the measurements, it can easily be checked and recalibrated.

Real Fuzzy Technology determines ideal cuff pressure based on one’s systolic blood pressure and arm size. Users no longer need to pre-set the inflation level before measurement. The technology eliminates arm discomfort through unnecessary high inflation settings and also prevents inaccurate readings caused by erroneous cuff inflation levels.

Movement Detection

The “Movement Detection” helps reminding the user to remain still and is indicating any body movement during measurement. The specified icon appears once a “body movement” has been detected during and after each measurement.

Cuff Detection

Detects and indicates whether the cuff is wrapped around the arm properly. The specified icon appears once a wrong wrapped cuff has been detected during each measurement.

Clinically Accurate

This blood pressure monitor has passed the criteria of the European Society of Hypertension by achieving all requirements. This monitor further meets the AAMI accuracy standard requirements (AAMI/ANSI/ISO 81060-2).
