Refund and Returns Policy

Not satisfied with your product? No problem! You may return the product or exchange it for another product. However, certain conditions apply.

To return an order, the following return conditions apply:

After receiving your order, you have 30 calendar days to indicate that you wish to return the product. If you have ordered multiple products at once, the cooling-off period starts as soon as you receive the last product.
From the moment you indicate you want to return a product, you must send the product to us within 14 calendar days. Preferably by registered mail. Please note that we can only accept a product after we have received the product back.
Please note that you must return the product in – if reasonably possible – its original packaging. If you use the product or packaging more than necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product, we may charge you for any depreciation in value.
You are only liable for the depreciation of the products resulting from the use of the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You are not required to indicate why you want to return the product, but of course we would like to hear about it.
We will refund the entire purchase price (including any shipping and payment costs) to your bank account as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 calendar days of receiving the cancellation notice. However, we may wait with the refund until we have received the products, or until you have shown that you have sent them.
If you have opted for extra service such as evening delivery or morning delivery you will not receive a refund of these extra costs.
The costs for the return shipment to our web store are for your own account.
If you have ordered multiple products in one shipment and you want to return one or more products, the purchase amount will be recalculated. If the remaining purchase amount is below the limit for free shipping, then shipping costs will be charged for the remaining products. For example you bought 2 products of €30,00 each. Your total purchase amount is €60.00 and for this you received free shipping. You want to return 1 of the 2 products for which you would like to receive €30.00 back. Because the remaining purchase amount is below the limit of free shipping, we will charge the shipping costs. You will then receive €30.00 – €4.95 = €25.05 in return.
We will refund the purchase amount in the same way you paid. Did you pay with iDeal then we will refund you with a bank transfer. If you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card. It is not possible to get a refund in cash.
If you refuse to accept your order upon delivery, and the order is returned to us, you will owe shipping and handling costs. These charges are €14.95. This also applies if you do not pick up your package at a service point. When refusing or not picking up an order, you should take into account a longer processing time for your return and refund.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days for services such as review and calibration without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day you purchased the service. You are only obliged to pay any charges for the service up to the time of dissolution.

Attention!

Reviewing an order does not require opening the packaging. You may review a product as you would be permitted to do in a physical store. Breaking a seal, vacuum packaging or dust/lightproof packaging is not necessary to evaluate the product and results in a depreciation in value of up to 100%. The same applies when you connect a blood pressure monitor to AC power and/or batteries. If we find an item in a return in this condition, a reduced refund will apply.

You can also use the European model withdrawal form to let us know that you are abandoning the purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory.
