Shipping
To ship your order, we use the services of QLS. This allows us to use the delivery services of PostNL, DHL and DPD. You have the option of having the order delivered to your home or another address. You can also choose to pick up the order at a service point. To do this, click on “service point” when placing the order.
If you place the order, we will ship the order within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed and paid before 16:59 will be shipped the same business day. In most cases, you will then receive the order the next day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Should it not be possible to ship your order, we will inform you in advance by means of, for example, a banner at the top of the page. Some products have longer delivery times. This will be displayed with the relevant products.
The listed prices do not include shipping costs. The standard shipping costs for a parcel within the Netherlands (excluding overseas territories) and Belgium are €5.95 including VAT. We ship for free within the Netherlands and Belgium if the amount of the order excluding shipping costs exceeds €50.00. Shipments to the Dutch Wadden Islands may take 1-2 working days longer depending on the ferry service. Deliveries to Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Eustatius and Sint Maarten are not possible.
Separate shipping rates apply for shipping outside the Netherlands and Belgium. The shipping rates are:
Luxembourg: € 10.95 (including VAT)
France: € 11.95 (including VAT)
Germany: € 11.95 (including VAT)
The shipment is standard sent with Track&Trace number. For this you will automatically receive an e-mail from the shipping company. You will receive this e-mail within a few hours after the order has been processed by us. Keep a close eye on this e-mail. It shows the most current status of the delivery of your order. If you are not at home the status will change there. You will not receive a note in your mailbox.
If you are not at home, the shipping company will try to deliver it to the neighbors. If this fails, the delivery service will deliver the package to the nearest service point. Your order will remain at a service point for a maximum of 5 working days.
If you decide not to pick up the package from the service point, it will be returned to us. We can then ship the order back to you upon payment of the shipping costs.
Complaints following the shipment should be made known to us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 calendar days of discovery. If you do not submit a complaint to us at all, your right will expire. For example, a package has been delivered according to the shipping company but you have not received it. You must notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 calendar days after discovery, that you have not received the package. Do you not report the complaint at all? Then your right to a new shipment expires.
If you have purchased a service from us, for example checking and/or calibrating a blood pressure monitor, we will contact you within a few hours after you have placed the order with us. You will then receive an e-mail from us with instructions on how to ship the device to us. Within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving your device, we will have processed it. The device will then be shipped back to you.
